    A training and consulting business, owned and operated by Ronald D. Fite, located in North Carolina.   He brings over 30 years experience in the field of quality and process improvement to both large manufacturing operations, small businesses, individuals and schools.  Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Quality Engineering and a DBA in Quality Management.  He has worked as a corporate level Process/Quality Engineer in large manufacturing operations, held the position of Quality Manager for a multi-plant manufacturing company, worked as a lead consultant, and served as an instructor for the community college system.
