He has worked as a corporate level Process/Quality Engineer in large manufacturing operations, held the position of Quality Manager for a multi-plant manufacturing company, worked as a lead consultant, and served as an instructor for the community college system.

  Instruction for the community college system has included Regional Trainer for the North Carolina Community College System, Jobs Now, Certiport Testing Center Administrator, Facilitating FastTrack New Venture courses for small business, teaching a variety of Customized Industry Courses and Public Offerings in Lean, Six Sigma, Problem Solving, Leadership and Computer Skills, plus the development of several customized Employee Screening Programs for new industry startup companies.
