  He has worked as a corporate level Process/Quality Engineer in large manufacturing operations, held the position of Quality Manager for a multi-plant manufacturing company, worked as a lead consultant, and served as an instructor for the community college system.

  Instruction for the community college system has included Jobs Now, Certiport Testing Center Administrator, Facilitating FastTrack New Venture courses for small business, teaching a variety of Customized Industry Courses and Public Offerings in Lean, Six Sigma, Problem Solving, Leadership and Computer Skills, plus the development of customized Employee Screening Programs for industry.

   Work for the school system has included teaching middle school computer skills and proficiency techniques.
