On Wednesday January 5, 2022, five members of the VBC Manufacturing team in Hamlet, NC successfully completed their requirements and were presented with the distinction as Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belts.  These requirements include 64 hours of instruction time, completion of a final exam and the presentation of project work to their respective managers. 

Dr. Dale McInnis, President of Richmond Community College led the opening remarks to the afternoon project presentation with the following presenters reviewing their project work to other members of the VBC Management team.  Concluding the project presentations, each candidate was presented with their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certificate.  Certificate presentations were made by Lee Eller, Customized Training Director for Richmond Community College and Dr. Ronald Fite, Instructor.
